Refund & Exchange Policy
S&A Sitra Label does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason unless the item is faulty.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, you will need to return the item/s to our showroom at your own expense.
Please ensure you select carefully and read through all the measurements prior to purchase. If you have questions about sizing or wish to try on any item, please contact us to arrange an appointment at our showroom
